| Dear Mr. Abdul Azeez, I want to thank you for arranging a very good holiday for us. I have a few points that I would like to convey to you - I hope these would be treated as constructive criticism. The trip overall was very good - especially the conveyance/ driver/ guide arranged for us. The itinerary was, however, a little cramped and prevented us from seeing Polonnaruwa, which was part of the tour. The hotels selected were very good as well as the food. Kandalama, Colombo and Induruwa were excellent while Topaz was also okay. One problem was the lack of TV/ TV channels. You must look at hotels having satellite TV channels because there isn't much to do in the evenings. Anyway, all in all the trip was very good. Many thanks.
